“Kandice Saulsberry and her team came highly recommended and after my experience with the loss of my beloved mother, I understood why. Kandice truly embodies compassion, care and patience. My situation required my looking for a reputable funeral home in Indiana to work with to have my mother transported to Toledo. Kandice took a great burden off of me. She provided recommendations and I selected, so there was no bias. She continually assured me that services were about what I desired for my mother's homegoing and that Dale Riggs was there to provide a service. She definitely listens! We were working with a tight window as I wanted services completed as quickly as possible. Even with the out of state piece, everything was seamless. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks again for everything Kandice and team for assisting through every phase during what was the most painful, emotional and stressful times of my life. Rest in Peace Sharon D. “Death is one of the most difficult times for a family. You never know how people will display their grief, nor should you ever minimize anyone else’s feelings. The staff at Dale Riggs did a great job managing my attitude, along with the emotions of my family members. My family had a long time connection with the Dales and even though are not as active, the current staff still treated us like family and complied to our every wish. I appreciate your patience and concern; and thanks for the follow up. It was truly a kind gesture. The family of Pearl Davis (2001) and Bernard Davis (2025) .. 24 years later now they are together again 🕊️. Thanks Nikkey”
