2026 NFDA Advocacy Summit

We at Dale-Riggs Funeral Home have always taken pride in advocating for the families we've been entrusted to serve. Recently, our managing Funeral Director, Kandice, had the opportunity to champion for grieving families on a larger scale on Capitol Hill, alongside colleagues from Ohio and more than 200 funeral service professionals from across the country.

Together, they engaged with congressional leaders and their staff on critical issues impacting veterans and their families, the financial burdens many families face, and the importance of transparency and dignity following the loss of our beloved community members. They also discussed how legislative decisions affect our ability to serve our communities and sustain small businesses.
