Da’Nyah is a 2023 graduate of Rogers High School, and will be attending Grand Canyon University this fall to study Nursing. Kandice Saulsberry Receives - “20 Under 40” Leadership Recognition Award
Kandice Saulsberry, Managing Funeral Director of Dale-Riggs Funeral Home & Cremation Services, received a 2022 “20 UNDER 40” Leadership Recognition Award on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at the 27th annual 20 UNDER 40 awards ceremony. She was among the 20 selected from a field of 168 candidates. Kandice is Treasurer of the Buckeye State Funeral Directors and Embalmers Association. Kandice is a first-generation college graduate. She graduated from the University of Akron and Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science.
The 20 UNDER 40 Program focuses on individuals in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan under the age of 40 who have distinguished themselves in their career and/or in the community.
Dale-Riggs Funeral Home Participation in the NAACP 107th Toledo Annual Freedom Fund Celebration
Our administrative office manager Deborah Sandridge-Hall and Managing Funeral Director Kandice Saulsberry attended the 107th Annual NAACP Toledo Freedom Fund Celebration on October 22, 2022 at the Glass City Center in downtown Toledo. University of Toledo Hall of Famer John Rudley was the keynote speaker. Kandice serves as an executive committee member and assistant secretary of the Toledo branch of NAACP.

Mehki is a 2022 graduate of Rogers High School and currently a freshman at Tennessee State University.
