Willie Mae Woods, 72, passed away unexpectedly September 28, 2016, at her home. A native of Valdosta, GA she lived in Toledo for 62 years. A longtime and faithful member of Eastern Star Baptist Church she served on the Nurses Guild, Mother's Board, Usher Board and Kitchen Committee. She was also a member of the Elks and an avid bowler. Willie Mae was a Program Coordinator for 30 years with the Anne Grady Center and after retirement worked part-time until her passing. She leaves to cherish her memory husband of 55 years, James E. Woods; daughter, Carolyn Woods Taege; sons, James G. and Victor L. (Tawana) Woods; grandchildren, Victor Jr., James Jr., Vionna, Jordan, Makenna, and Vontea Woods, Samera and Christian Woods Taege; great-grandchildren, Victor and Veontae Woods; one brother; five sisters; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.Visitation will be Thursday 5 - 7 p.m. Dale-Riggs Funeral Home Chapel, family hour Friday 11:00 a.m. followed by funeral services at 12:00 noon Eastern Star Baptist Church, Pastor Dr. John W.
