Willa “Pam” Lamb was the sixth child, and first daughter, born to Grover and Teressia Reynolds on March 24, 1953, in Toledo, Ohio. After graduating from Scott Jesup High School she went on to pursue a career in healthcare, and joined the St. Vincent Mercy Medical team. Beginning her career as a lab technician, she eventually practiced as a respiratory therapist. She cherished her career in the medical field, resulting in a successful 40-year tenure at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Hospital. Pam fell in love and married her prince charming, Clarence Lamb on May 18th, 1982. Together, Clarence and Pam built a strong, god-fearing family, raising four children, always providing guidance and support. She led a life devoted to Christ, as a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church. Pam was known and loved for her cooking and baking skills. After participating in some culinary arts classes, she perfected her baking, turning it into a steady hobby. Many of her loved ones have been lucky enough to receive a homemade strawberry cake from scratch, or her “world’s famous macaroni and cheese”. Many who had a special connection with Pam were given personal nicknames and were fortunate to receive her words of encouragement and comfort. “Pammie”, as she was lovingly called, was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, aunt, niece, and friend.
