"Jim" James Dawson, 82, passed away January 15, 2015, at his home. Born in Crickett, TN, he was a plant supervisor at Teledyne Corporation for 30 years, retiring in 1997. He was a faithful member of Cornerstone Church. He enjoyed bowling, traveling, OSU football and was an excellent cook. He leaves to cherish his memory, sister, Jimmie Mae Dawson; sons, Johnny Lee (Joann) and Edward (Theresa) Dawson; daughters, Sara Bourn, Tina Walker, Bessie, Linda and Malena Dawson; 22 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, 6 great- great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Thursday 10 a.m. followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. at Dale-Riggs Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor David Banks officiant, interment will be private. www.dalefh.com
