Floy Hankins, 94, entered into eternal rest on May 8, 2012, at Foundation Park Care Center. A native of Grenada, MS she relocated to Toledo in 1964, where she was a homemaker who loved her family and believed in family being close and loving. She also enjoyed quilting. She was a member of New Birth Christian Fellowship Church. She was preceded in death by husband, Wheeler Hankins, 3 children, parents, 2 brothers, 6 sisters, and 4 grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memory children, Tommy (Earnestine) Hankins, Bobbie Hankins-King, Nettie (Floyd) Foster, and Earl (Sharon) Hankins; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Monday at Dale-Riggs Funeral Home Chapel, with wake service 11 a.m. Tuesday, followed by funeral service at 12 noon at New Birth Christian Fellowship Church, Pastor Ron Person, officiant, burial Historic Woodlawn Cemetery. www.dalefh.com
