#1 jeanese hawkins 2012-01-27 21:18 My deepest sympathy to the entire Gardner family. You are in my prayers. Know that your Jeffrey, the love of my life, has a very special place in my heart that will never be replaced. May God console & strengthen us all. May He replace our sorrow with joy in knowing Jeffrey is in Heaven with Him chopping-it-up with his beloved dad willie-joe & best friend chick. RIP My Love Quote

The help that God supplies does make a difference. The Christian apostle Paul stated that God “comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those in any sort of tribulation.” True, divine help does not eliminate the pain, but it can make it easier to bear. That does not mean that you will no longer cry or will forget your loved one. Paul also said: “Death is enemy; it is to be brought to nothing.” (1 Corinthians 15:26), But you can recover. And as you do, what you have experienced can make you more understanding and sympathetic in helping others to cope with a similar loss.—these are one of many scripture of comfort and a promise. 2 Corinthians 1:4, Rev. 21:4

#3 Vanessa Edwards 2012-01-29 14:10 Gardner family~

I'm so sorry to learn of Jeffrey's death. I can't imagine the depth of the pain you feel right now, but as death is described as our enemy, we see firsthand how death robs us of our loved ones, our joy and much more.
I pray that Jeffrey's children continue to hold their dad close in their hearts and minds as you all deal with your grief.
continue to pray for comfort and peace.

Vanessa (Doonie) Edwards
