Roy Lee Bell, 56, passed away on July 25, 2010, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Elyria, Ohio, he relocated to Toledo where he attended Scott High School and was employed by Gerity-Schultz Corp. as a factory worker, retiring in 1991. Mr. Bell was a member of New Covenant Baptist Church serving on the usher board. He was a foster parent and a Scott High School Booster. He leaves to cherish his memory, devoted wife of 31 years, Jacqueline Bell; children, Tinisha, Tyree, Tyeisha, Travis and Tevin Bell; mother, Jennie Phillips; siblings, Mary Ann Besteder, Ronda D. (James) Proctor, Melody J. (Don) Bell, Jerome (Lauren) Bell of Jacksonville, FL, Samuel (Tamara) Bell, Paul P. (Caroline) Bell of Tucumcari, New Mexico, Rueben Bell, Darrell T. (Kellie) Bell, Marcus (Tiffany) Phillips, and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday at Dale - Riggs Funeral Home Chapel.
