Elizabeth Moore 55 passed away on December 15, 2008 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. She was born in Bald Knob, Ark, and had lived in Toledo since the age of 3 years old. Elizabeth was a 1971 graduate of Scott High School; she obtained her Associate’s Degree in Medical Billing and Coding. She was employed at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center where she was a Float Supervisor in the Health Unit for 15 years until her health failed. Mrs. Moore was a member of Third Baptist Church where she served on the usher board was a member of the entertainment committee with the 140th Anniversary. She had hoped to begin her training for the Deaconess Board. She was a member of O.E.S Rose of Sharon Chapter #82, Daughters of Isis, Heroines of Jericho, having served as their secretary and of the grand session. She leaves to cherish her memory devoted husband Frank Moore of 36 years, sons, David Evans of Little Rock, Ark, Christopher (Lakeisha) Moore, daughters, Charita (Tyrone) Moore- Johnson, Tasha Andrews of Alexandria, VA, mother, Lovie Cannon, father, Ernest L. (Dorothy) Evans of Glendale, Arizona, two grandchildren, Jordan and Dominique, brother, Ernest Evans Jr., sisters, Gwendolyn Saunders, Patricia Evans, Shirley (Kenneth) Pratt, Ira Henthorne, Chantell Evans of Flint, MI, two brother-in laws, four sister in laws, two special friends, Penny Rouse and Rita Brown and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be 2-5p.m. Sunday at Dale-Riggs Funeral Home Chapel, wake service 11a.m. Monday followed by Funeral service at 12 noon at Third Baptist Church. Rev. Kevin J.
