CHAPMAN, Mrs. Lulu Mae - Age 89 passed from this life to a peaceful rest on Sunday, August 10, 2008 at Superior Woods Convalesent Home – Ypsilanti, MI. She was born April 7, 1919 in Grenada, Mississippi to the late Lydia & Kassie Jennings. Lulu Mae was raised and educated in Toledo, OH. She was active member of Third Baptist Church for over 55 years. Lulu Mae fell in LOVE and married Mr. Willis Verdell Chapman 1/19/1946. To this union they had one son Willis Allan Chapman, Sr. (Elvira); grandsons Nathaniel, Willis A. Jr., Willis V. and Ezekiel; granddaughters, Allania, Rebecca, Robyn, T’Neya and Victoria Chapman. She had four great-grandchildren. Family hour will be Friday August 15, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. with funeral services following at 11:00 a.m. Third Baptist Church, Rev. Kevin J.
