Howard Thomas Parker “Dittlow” 77, passed away peacefully November 30, 2008 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio-Detroit. Howard worked for several companies during his career. He loved to fish with his mother before her passing. Howard was preceded in death by his mother Alice Taylor and father Ernest Thomas. He leaves to cherish his memory several nieces, nephews, special cousin Anna M. Lawson, cousin and caregiver Marjorie Hoskins and other relatives and friends.
