Rose E. Wraggs, 80 passed away January 14, 2008 at West Toledo Health Rehabilitation in care of Odyssey Hospice. She was born August 25, 1927 in Cairo, IL. She was preceded in death by mother Lola Spates, sons Michael and Charles Walker, Sister Dorothy Tanner and brother Raymond Mathis. She was a member of Jermain Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Surviving is devoted husband of 48 years. Carl Wraggs, daughters Erma (Jack) Wright, Novella Walker, Caroline King, Beverley Golladay, Delia Walker and son Edward Walker Jr., sister Thersol Briston of Jackson, MI, 22 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday 10:00 a.m. followed by wake services at 12:00 noon and funeral services at 1:00 p.m. Dale-Riggs Funeral Home Chapel, interment Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
